Saturday morning we drove down to Tuscon for some even warmer weather. Who knew there was a winter place warmer than Phoenix? On the way into town, we stopped at Egee's - a sandwich place famous for their slush drinks. The Egee's icee's were amazing (say that three times fast) and they gave us a significant sugar buzz as we toured the area around the University of Arizona.
Like lots of other college towns we've loved, the UofA area had fun resale shops, an organic food co-op, and a great family-run bakery pictured here. We stopped for pita wraps to soak up the sugar from the slushees and sat outside to enjoy the 80 degree weather.
