Here's two pictures from our drive to Arizona. The first is in Bristol Virginia where I asked David if we could pull over to see the famous motor speedway. He said yes, but that was about the last thing he said before the fever and chills took over. An undercooked hamburger in Blacksburg caught up with us in Tennessee and we got an up-close and personal view of the Vanderbilt ER. Not exactly a scenic part of the road trip, but David was a real trooper and managed to make it through the rest of the 4 day drive to Phoenix.
This one is just silly and too perfect for the desert.
