This week we traveled to Vegas to try our luck in the heat. We spent one day cruising the strip where David made fast friends with the Price is Right machine. We didn't win millions but what could we expect from penny and nickel slots?
Saturday Beth and I took my first foray into the world of wedding dress shopping (check out the train on this one). We were both suprised at how heavy the dresses were and how much "stuff" (headbands, slips, etc. etc.) goes with them. Would it be wrong to have a pajama wedding?
We had a great time visiting with everyone, enjoying good food and even better company. It seemed like the time went too quickly but hopefully we'll be back before long.
